Richard Gray is a straight shooter who was great to work with, and didn't upsell anything. We used a coupon from Angie's list, and then had him come back for resting. He recommended the person who used to remove the mold. And we've had no issues since that treatment. Very helpful guy and glad we found him through Angie's List.
A quick note about the inspection service we received and the actual cost. We knew exactly where the problem was, but had him inspect the house for our sake of mind. Our problem was such that it could not be handled on our own, and we opted for the professional cleaning since we have a child.

They came out for a mold inspection. He actually came in and they did the inspection. They used their equipment to see exactly where the source of the mold was coming. They had written a long report. They took samples back with them. So many days later we got something back and where it was coming from.

It turned out alright. Some of the work that he had suggested ended up being too expensive and we went with another company. They charged us a total of $500. I do believe what they say you're paying for it's almost like a switch bait. We end up paying for $500 dollars and it sounds like what you're getting, when we did the deal, it should not have been more than that but they were out here and we were kind of desperate to get that information done then so we could start the work to correct that.
