Description Of Work:
Inspected the area where I had water stains and performed testing for mold.

It went well. The first visit two tests were done. One near the water stains and the other outside my front door for comparison. The test results took three days. The spore count in my home was high. Richard called me that evening to explain what needed to be done. He referred me to a contractor. Once the remediation work was done, he performed the clearance testing and some additional tests I requested to make sure the spore count was at a reasonable level. Richard was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Description Of Work:
Our home was inspected for possible mold or other contaminants after tenant concerns of mold. A physical inspection was
done of walls and ceilings with a moisture meter, and he took air samples which were sent to a lab for evaluation. Samples were taken in the areas of concern and another was taken outside as a baseline for what's normal in the area. We were then provided with a report of the results.

Mr. Gray was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We called him in the evening and he was at our home the following morning. He answered all of our questions and was very prompt with results. He was easy to get hold of (personally answering the phone) both when we called him initially and later to discuss results. We were extremely pleased with his services and highly recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.
