Description Of Work:

House mold and moisture testing; inspection of what we thought may be a mold problem around an exterior window.

Richard responded to my initial call right away and set up an appointment.  He showed up on time for the appointment, actually a little early (he called first to check that it was OK).  I had what I thought was an issue in a window frame, and he checked that out first.  He took air samples inside and outside the house, then took some physical samples from the window frame.  After that we did a walk around the entire house exterior and Richard pointed out areas of possible concern, or possible future concern and suggestions on what to do.  He checked under the house as well, then went through the interior of the house.  On the interior, he also tested for moisture in walls, around windows, bathrooms, floors etc. and found one unknown issue with one of the baths.  He gave me a lot of good feedback and suggestions.

   Richard sent the samples off for evaluation and the results came back on the exact day he said they would.  Fortunately we have a mold free, healthy home, but he did find one unknown moisture issue that would have gotten much worse had he not found it.

   Richard is very professional and knows how to provide exceptional service.  I think it was great value for the money and I do highly recommend him.
