Description Of Work:
Richard tested for mold inside and outside our house and designed a program to mitigate the mold situation in our converted garage. After the work was completed he came back and re-tested. He also consulted with Michael Ell of PuroClean during the entire cleanup process.

We called Richard on the recommendation of Michael Ell of PuroClean Restoration Services as soon as we discovered we had mold under a window seat. He came to our house within an hour, tested the inside of the house and also the perimeter in several locations and sent the tests to a lab to see what type of mold we had. He then instructed Michael on what needed to be done to remediate the situation. Throughout the process Richard was always available and responsive to us, and we felt very comfortable with him and his professionalism. After the work was completed, Richard returned and re-tested the same areas that had previously been tested to be sure the remediation had been successful, and our home was safe. Please note that a large portion of the charges were for the lab that did the mold testing.

Rich visually inspected our home from head to toe, beginning in the garage, and took moisture readings as he moved along in areas we requested or where he felt the need for a definite answer. This was not just a light "once over" look; Rich asked questions as he examined our home inside (including the attic), and was then brave enough to access the crawl space under the house. It was quite literally a "no stone unturned" investigation.

For starters, a phone call to Rich about 9:00PM on a Friday night was returned twenty minutes later at 9:20PM. Rich appeared at our home the next morning at 10:30AM, after an almost two hour drive. He was professional with a lovely, friendly approach, and explained each step along the way while, at times, answering what must have seemed like a barrage of questions. Each test (there were six) was discussed beforehand - at no time was there any pressure. If he felt a test was not necessary, he stated so, and why. How refreshing not to be forced into a corner. Rich took his time, spending well over two hours with us--every business in existence would do well to follow this man's business model; response time was phenomenal and the customer's needs are his primary focus --rare findings in this day and age.
