Description Of Work:

He came out to my parent's home to do a mold test. He focused the tests in the areas of the house that we pointed out were showing some visible signs of mold. His tests included a microbial and moisture inspection. In addition, he took some indoor air samples (which was an additional cost and will need to be sent to a lab for processing).

Our experience with Richard was a very good one and I highly recommend him for anyone, who needs to get their home/business tested for mold. I was able to contact Richard on my first attempt to schedule an appointment for Friday (6/21/13). We both a scheduling conflict for that Friday and were able to re-schedule for Saturday (6/22/13).

On the day of the visit, he was early to my parent's home and was extremely courteous and professional. In addition to the tests, he was able to identify the water leak in an upstairs bathroom (specifically from the shower head) that was leaking into the walls and eventually into a downstairs kitchen cabinet (where mold was visible). He took photos of the problem areas during his test that he included in his report.  I received his report the very same day minus the air sample results (which required being processed in a lab).

He also went into the crawl space of the house to determine if any mold was visible there. Some traces were detected but very minimal compared to other places.

Richard also provided a course of action to deal with the mold problem after the water leak has been repaired. We plan to take his advice for those issues.
